Everything Your Pet Needs, All in One Place

Pre-booking Terms and Conditions – HMAM Qatar

1. Booking deposit
Confirming a pet booking requires a deposit of at least 50% of the total order value. The remaining balance must be paid when the pet is collected and handed over.
2. Estimated delivery period
The estimated delivery period is approximately 10 to 60 working days, depending on the type of pet, availability, transport arrangements, and applicable official import and health procedures and approvals. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by delays beyond HMAM Qatar’s control.
3. Customer information and documents
The customer must provide valid identification and accurate, complete information required for the booking, documentation, import procedures, and verification.
4. Cancellation and refunds
If the customer cancels within 5 days of the booking date, the customer may be entitled to a refund of 50% of the amount paid, after deduction of any actual costs or expenses already incurred by HMAM Qatar. After 5 days, the deposit is non-refundable if booking or import procedures have begun, or if the cancellation causes HMAM Qatar financial obligations, costs, or losses. Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of documented costs already incurred in connection with the booking.
5. Delivery and warranty
Delivery, collection, the pet’s condition, and all warranty matters are subject to the HMAM Qatar Sales and Warranty Policy, which forms part of the sale documents and is attached to or referenced in the sales invoice.
6. Customer acknowledgment
By confirming the pre-booking and paying the deposit, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to these Pre-booking Terms and Conditions and the applicable HMAM Qatar Sales and Warranty Policy.
