REFUND, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Returns and order cancellation

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. For a non-defective item, you may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. Contact us before sending an item back. If we approve the return, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. This two-day window does not limit your rights for defective or non-conforming goods under applicable law. There is no cancellation fee for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment.

If you cancel after an item has shipped for a reason unrelated to a defect, you are responsible for the shipping cost. If you refuse delivery and we receive the item back, we will refund the amount paid for the item, minus the shipping cost.

Refund Policy

In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 72 hours from submission of your cancellation. We will update you once your refund has been initiated.

The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product cancelled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.

If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, order gets cancelled automatically.

If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and bank charges will be borne by customer.

Refunds will only be provided through the bank, in the case of cash payment, the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the refund.

Return or exchange of the product

If a product arrives damaged, contact us at mh@hamamqatar.com or +974 6677 6616 and provide a photo or video of the damage. We will review the claim and work with you on a return, exchange, repair, or refund in line with your applicable rights. If the item needs to be sent back, we will provide the return address and instructions after reviewing your claim. Once an order has been delivered it cannot be cancelled, but return requests and damage claims can still be made as described above. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
