Do you deliver across Qatar?
Yes — we deliver to every area in Qatar. Orders placed inside Doha up to 30 minutes before closing are dispatched the same day.
How do I settle in a new bird?
Give it a quiet corner for the first few days, fresh water daily and the feed it is already used to. Our team is happy to advise on cages and diet.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days with the receipt. Live animals and opened food cannot be returned.
